My friend S and D are known for throwing parties with the best food and the best view over the city. This friday we celebrated D's birthday. We had an Italian, or better Tuscan tomato and bread soup called Papa Pomodori (or Papa al Pomodoro?) as a starter (i think it was Jamie - i love myself - Oliver's version but anyway.... S was worried about the mashed look and the association that could come along, but it was perfect), very yummy pulpo risotto (made with self made fish broth!) together with cucumber salad and fantastic raspberry tarte for desert. I love being friends with them :)
As the nicest surprise D got a huge firework (wich was actually for the opening of the US embassy i think but where's the difference?).
