My work is pretty much computer based. Even so i make it look handmade. I draw, paint, cut out, glue, sew, embroider, fold or use however material. But then i scan these things. Transform and arrange them to a whole new composition.
The scans are automatically filed on my desktop, where they stay for a couple of days until i rediscover them. Most often i find these intermediate results way more beautiful than the final artwork. Like these green dots for example.
What can i learn from it?
